Sun bathing.

I was trying to decide if I was one of those people that does blog posts about their pets...and then I realized, I have posted pictures of my dog before soooo, I guess I am.

This is my dog Mandy. When my brother left on his mission in 2004, soon after, to fill my void of lack of a little brother (hahaha), I adopted Mandy from the shelter. She is a sweet dog that loves to hug...literally. I've broken her of the habit of jumping on people, but when it comes to me, she jumps up and wraps her paws around my waist and digs her head into my stomach and hugs me. Since I love hugging, I'm pretty sure we were meant to be! ;)

Well anyways...

The other day, I was walking past the back doors when out of the corner of my eye, I see her sleeping in the sun. She usually does, and in the spot she was in. She loves to lay in the sun to be warm during the winter. Buuuut this time, she was sleeping in the funniest position. I had to double take, and also quietly run and grab my camera.

She looks dead, right?! But I assure you she is still kickin'! You can tell she was sleeping good, she was rolling all around in the dirt!

Pretty funny.

Senior Session: Allecia

I can't tell you how stinkin' excited I am to show you the pictures from Allecia's senior session! I have been hanging on to this post for awhile because I just kept finding pictures that I finished editing that I wanted to add to it. Well, I am just going to show you what I got now and probably add another post later.

We had SO much fun, and her friend Erin* was just a ball of happiness! No wonder why they are best friends. After I took a super cute shot of the extremely photogenic Allecia, I called Erin over and showed it to her. Erin squeaked and then said to her best friend, "Allecia, I'm obsessed with you!" I couldn't stop laughing about it. In the middle of shooting I would just think about what one best friend said to the other and would just start to chuckle.

The girls were champs dealing with a SUPER windy day, and of course, the wind died down right when we were finishing up and as the sun suddenly got shy and hid behind some clouds!











Thanks girls for such a F-U-N time! I LOVE-LOVE-LOVED IT! I will try to get another post up soon.

Soundcheck!

Every time I go to a concert with Lani, I reenact a part of an old Wayne's World SNL skit for her. Usually if I try this joke with anyone else, they don't get it. Most of my friends were not watching SNL around the time of Wayne's World to really get this joke. But since I wanted to be like my sisters so bad, I was. I have found very few people who appreciate my reenactment like Lani does.

Well, I FINALLY found the skit!! I happened on it randomly.

It's at about 4:25. Tom Hanks is the roadie and he is doing soundcheck. It's awesome.

So while I was in the middle of doing some editing, I was here and there texting with a friend and was given yet another reason to love my iPhone...the opportunity to prove to people that I love that I am right (yet again)!!! hahahaha!

I took a picture of my screen and emailed it to prove what was typed was "awesomeLess" not "awesomeNess" (my text are in green). But the email was not coming through on their end, so I decided the next best thing to do is blog about out! :)

Texas, here I come!

I am headed to Texas next week to visit this cute girl! I'm SO excited!

(confused at which cute girl I'm talking about? My niece, duh, the one on the right! I don't need to visit myself in Texas! hahaha! I'm hilarious. I know. It's almost tragic! haha)

I won't have much access to a computer, but I do have my trusty iPhone. So you can still email, call or text me! I'll get back to you as soon as I can!

24 seconds in...gems.

I have found my new favorite commercial. At first I was confused. I didn't get what it was about...but 24 seconds in, it didn't matter any more.



Jackie, if LeBron can do it, so can you. Please study this commercial. I will be holding study sessions, let me know if you want me to be Kid or Play. I can do either or!
