So I heard about this guy not too long ago and didn't pay much attention. I was feeling the itch for some new music so I finally downloaded the cd off of iTunes, loaded it onto my iPod and on my way to work hit play.

Why did I take so long to download this cd!?! First song "Under the Influence" won me over right away! It's catchy and it's not the only song on the cd that I was singing the chorus by the end of the song. I can't wait to really know this cd! It's awesome! I love when my "take a chance" purchases turn out so well.

flowing air...the little things in life...

My AMAZING Dad installed a ceiling fan in my room this weekend. I am a blessed woman. I moved from one room in the house that had a ceiling fan but was horribly hot into a room that had no ceiling fan but has far less direct sunlight. So finally the room is complete, it is now flowing some awesome airage and I am a happy girl!

I just have to remember now that I can't go flinging my shirts off when getting into or out of my pj's and hit the fan. :)

I booked my flight! Texas, here I come!

My sister is having a baby next month (it's just so crazy to say that). And my other sister and I are flying out there to spend a week with her and our newest niece, soon after she is born. I've never been to Texas. I'm excited to go see some place new, and lucky for us, we hit the part of Texas that has a beach!! SWEET!

I plan to come back with plenty of pictures too! Maybe we can find a concert to go to while we are there...hmmmm. I will have to look into that! :)

It was a good game. We stayed ahead through almost the entire game. But I wasn't worried (okay, I really was, but still). The boys wanted it, their defence was, well defensive! :) And when Kruger started hitting threes, I knew it was all good! We are in the Sweet 16!! Boyah!

I was the most unproductive employee for the last 4 minutes of this game.

It was intense. It was crazy. UNLV loosing their amazing 14 point lead from the beginning of the game to getting a few ties during the game, to loosing the lead for 30 seconds, which would be okay if it wasn't near the end of the game. I was close to heart attacks. But Georgia Tech doesn't know how to stay off our Rebels and was fouling like mad crazy! Bad GT boys. So we get the lead back and kept it.

Game over. I'm hoping for the best. :)

I am now going to have a difficult time drinking milk without thinking of a certain someone downing five glasses of milk, with no hands mind you. How you ask? Really, don't ask.

I went to the Friday night games.

UNLV vs. Colorado State. (88 - 72 REBELS)

It was way better than last Saturday's game. But funny, still the same out come! :)

It was a great game. The crowdy was rowdy, it was good. There were some bad calls. There were a LOT of threes! Kruger was on his game! And we love us some Wink Adams!

a friend of mine talked about the show "how i met your mother" and how funny it was. i happen to see the first season on sale while at the store and decided to give it a shot.






this show is so funny. very well written and well...lengendary!!! (you gotta watch it, to get it)








there are great one liners and the best character is Barney.






neil patrick harris, is no longer doogie howser people. he is barney. and he is funny.


after i finished the show i brought it into work and convinced people in my office to watch it. they are all hooked now. we spent the last month watching it during our lunch hour. we are all just dying to watch the second season, which is on right now. we don't want to spoil it so we've been trying not to watch it. we just can't wait!



so besides being funny it also is about finding love. but in such a funny way because it is so how life can be.
